Reactive oxygen (O2) occures during any colour services. Reactive oxygen can turn your skin to acidic and cause aging if it remains on your skin. It's not easy to remove it completely but Level O hydrogen activator (H2) is applied, reactive oxygen (O2) will change to the formula to Water (H20) and removed as easy as water.
